Cancellation Policy

• 48 Hour Cancellation Policy strictly enforced!
• Due to our group size limitations on all activities, we cannot absorb the cost of canceling at the last minute, when we are turning away divers/snorkelers from tours on that day.
• When you made payment to hold a reservation, you are agreeing to the following cancellation terms and conditions:
• If the cancellation notification is received more than 48 hours from the start of the tour, there will be a 5% cancellation fee charged.
• NO REFUNDS are issued for reservations if the cancellation notification is received less than 48 hours from the start of the tour.
• NO REFUNDS are issued for reservations, in a “no show” incident.
• N0 REFUNDS are issued if the diver/snorkeler decides not to complete the
  dives/snorkeling at the time of diving.
• NO REFUNDS will be issued on any NAUI digital e-learning study materials, used or unused.
• San Diego SCUBA Guide reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the booked activity due to an unforeseen event or adverse weather/ocean conditions or unsafe diving conditions.
• A full refund is given if the dive is canceled/rescheduled 48 hours prior to the dive date or if the dive is canceled by the Dive Guide due to unforeseen events, adverse weather/ocean conditions, or unsafe diving conditions.
• San Diego SCUBA Guide cancellation policy supersedes all previous credit card agreements you have with your credit card company.
• Cancellations will be only accepted during business hours 7am-3 pm Monday- Saturday.
• If you are required to have a doctor’s excuse for a “YES” answer on the medical waiver for any scuba dive/snorkeling activities and if you fail to provide it before the start of your tour, you will not be permitted to dive/snorkeling and you will not receive a refund for the booking.
• Every person participating in the activities with San Diego Scuba Guide must demonstrate the minimum level of swimming ability required for safe open ocean swimming/scuba diving.
• Gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
• Gift cards are valid for any of our tours.

All bookings are subject to 5% cancellation fee due to payment processing fees.
